The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is offered to existing CUCKOO Water Purifier and CUCKOO Air Purifier customers who have completed their rental contract with full bill settlement and no outstanding CUCKOO payments.

The CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN offers a one-to-one product exchange for the trade of an existing CUCKOO Water Purifier and CUCKOO Air Purifier for the rental of a new CUCKOO Water Purifier and CUCKOO Air Purifier.

The rental of a new CUCKOO Water Purifier and CUCKOO Air Purifier under the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN is bound by a 3-year minimum rental contract obligation with the flexibility to extend for another 2 years.

Customers can only trade with products within the same product category (Water Purifier with Water Purifier/Air Purifier with Air Purifier).

Active Natural Care Service Package (NCSP) and loyalty program subscription will be voided and not refundable once customer participates the CUCKOO GOOOD TRADE PLAN.
